The Women Deliver 2023 Conference (WD2023) will host participants both on-site in Kigali and virtually, from 17-20 July 2023. Official WD2023 Pre-Conferences will begin on 16 July 2023.

COVID-19 POLICY

Women Deliver is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic globally to ensure the health and safety of all participants. All on-site participants will be expected to follow the safety protocols set forth by the Government of Rwanda. Women Deliver will share more information on these protocols closer to the Conference date.

LANGUAGE

Currently, WD2023 will provide simultaneous interpretation in English, French, Spanish, and International Sign Language on-site and online.

TICKET FEES

To enable broad participation at WD2023, we have implemented a tiered fee structure with lower registration fees for youth participants and participants from low- and middle- income countries based on World Bank Country Classifications. Click here to find your country’s classification.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarships are available for those who would otherwise be unable to participate in the Conference. Applications for on-site and virtual scholarships will be open from 19 July 2022 – 1 October 2022. Click here to apply.

REGISTRATION POLICIES

• By registering for WD2023, you agree to adhere to the Conference Code of Conduct.
• All tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend WD2023, you may transfer your ticket to another party. Please email wd2023@womendeliver.org if you need to transfer your ticket.
• To ensure the safety and wellbeing of adolescents at WD2023, all registrants attending WD2023 in-person who are under the age of 18 at the time of the Conference are required to travel and attend the Conference with a guardian, who must also register for the Conference.
• Children under the age of 12 may attend the Conference free of charge if they are accompanying a parent or guardian registered to attend the Conference. Women Deliver will provide more information on local childcare options closer to the Conference date. Please email wd2023@womendeliver.org if you will be attending WD2023 with a child under the age of 12.
• Single-day registration is not available for in-person or virtual participation.
• On-site registration will not be available. All delegates must register in advance through the online portal.

In-person registration will be open on a rolling basis until capacity is reached. Once we have reached capacity, a waitlist will be initiated.
