The Content Specialist will work closely with the Content Ops Lead and the wider Media Ops team to build and quality-check content for hotel property pages. Responsibilities

Adapt workflow to each partner’s connectivity setup — operating as a quality checker where content integrations exist, and executing full builds where they don’t

Build working knowledge of each partner’s setup to anticipate requirements ahead of time

Surface recurring blockers, content gaps, and partner-specific quirks back to the Content Ops Lead on a regular basis

Manage multiple property builds simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Build out room-level content for hotel property pages, following the structure and quality standards established by the Media Ops team

Use AI prompts to draft, refine, and iterate on room descriptions and supporting copy, with human review for accuracy and tone

Tag and organize photography at the property and room level

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and productivity

Requirements & Skills

2+ years of experience in content production, editorial, marketing, hospitality, or a related field

Strong written English with a solid grasp of grammar, spelling, usage, and punctuation

Comfort with AI-assisted writing tools and a willingness to learn prompting techniques to draft and refine copy

Highly organized; able to manage structured workflows and juggle multiple projects against deadlines

Detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies in copy and imagery

Basic comfort with photo organization and tagging

Proficient in Google Suite applications; experience with Airtable, Salesforce, or other content management tools is a plus

Hospitality, travel, or e-commerce experience preferred but not required

Positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and creating welcoming experiences for a global audience
