Key responsibilities
Provide ticket support, assisting employees with training-related inquiries and technical issues.
Assist in graphic and layout design, content development and implementation within the Learning Management System (LMS) and Evolve platform.
Support user management in the LMS, including account creation and access administration.
Help maintain and update training materials, ensuring they remain relevant and engaging.
Collaborate with the team on process improvements, contributing ideas to enhance training delivery, visual identity,and user experience.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design or Communication.
Strong interest in learning experience design, digital education, and training operations.
Good understanding of visual design principles, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and collaborative mindset.
