Web Analytics Lead

Amazee Metrics is an international online marketing company with offices in Zurich (Switzerland) and Cape Town (South Africa). We use data to drive the success of our clients in the fields of Web Analytics, Conversion Optimization, Search Engine Optimization, Pay-per-Click Advertising, Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing Compliance. 
We are currently looking for a Web Analytics Lead (working remotely or in our Zurich Office).

Your Responsibilities
You’ll be an advocate for the importance of a data driven approach also considering data compliance.
You will be responsible for the quality assurance of our analytics and compliance work.
You will actively help develop and optimize our analytics and compliance services.
You consult our clients regarding analytics and reporting strategies, including data privacy and compliance requirements for digital marketing.
You’re happy to share your analytics knowledge and support your team.
Your Profile
3+ years hands-on experience in digital analytics
Proficiency in Google Analytics (incl. GA4), Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio and at least one additional Web Analytics Tool (e.g. Matomo, Piano Analytics etc.)
Good skills in JavaScript.
Ambition to drive yourself and the team to constantly develop, and be at the forefront of digital marketing analytics.
Excellent communication in English, German is a plus.
If you are familiar with the current situation around data privacy and cookies, that would be a plus.
