You will lead and scale a high-performing, multi-layered team of enablement professionals who currently support Sales, CS, and Channel. You will focus on optimizing our global strategy and shaping how go-to-market teams learn, grow, and drive impact across the customer journey.
What you’ll do:

Define the strategic framework for readiness, skills development, and certification across GTM teams, grounded in adult learning and instructional design principles.
Establish performance-based learning standards with defined objectives, assessments, and business outcome metrics.
Set the vision and structure for sales readiness across prospecting, discovery, demos, objection handling, and pipeline conversion.
Shape post-sale enablement through retention and expansion playbooks aligned to renewal, upsell, and customer health outcomes.
Own the strategy for partner and reseller enablement, including onboarding, certification, and international readiness.
Guide enablement planning and content activation in support of major product and go-to-market launches.
Learning Systems & Performance Infrastructure
Own and evolve scalable learning systems, including LMS platforms, content workflows, enablement calendars, and localization infrastructure.
Define and operationalize performance metrics and feedback loops to measure enablement impact on ramp time, content usage, pipeline conversion, attach rate, and retention.
Set strategy for digital-first program delivery using Articulate and other tools to enable scalable, high-impact learning across global teams.
Cross-Functional Alignment & GTM Readiness
Translate and operationalize company priorities into structured enablement roadmaps with clear ownership and measurable business impact.
Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and global GTM leaders to align enablement to growth objectives.
Partner with Revenue, Product, Marketing, GTM Ops, and GTM Strategy & Analytics to align programs to business goals and field execution.
Support and influence GTM leaders in skill development, product knowledge, and strategic initiatives across all stages of the funnel.
Represent and advocate for Enablement in strategic forums including QBRs, business reviews, launch planning, and GTM planning sessions.
Team Leadership
Lead, scale, and develop a multi-layered, high-performing team of enablement professionals aligned to GTM functions.
Build scalable structures and expectations across enablement workstreams, ensuring accountability, cross-functional alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Guide regional enablement resources to ensure global consistency and program scalability across markets.
What you should have:
12+ years of experience in GTM or Revenue Enablement, Enablement Operations, Learning & Development, or related fields, with a track record of owning and scaling global enablement strategies.
