Why is this role so important to us?
The quality assurance position is essential to ensure the reliability, performance and conformity of the Product in order to best meet the needs of our users.
What will be your daily missions?
– Definition of quality standards: Develop quality standards and procedures specific to the field of accounting and taxation in collaboration with the Product teams.
– Test case design: Create comprehensive test cases that reflect different possible scenarios, with a focus on key functionality.
– Test Execution: Perform functional testing to ensure that the Product meets specified requirements and functions properly, particularly in the context of an accounting firm.
– Documentation of results: Carefully document test results, identify anomalies and work closely with the development team to resolve various issues.
– Validation of regulatory compliance: Ensure that the Product meets current accounting and tax standards and regulations.
– Collaboration with development teams: Work closely with developers to understand the features under development and actively participate in the design phases to integrate quality into the Alpha phase of development.
– Training: Raise awareness among members of the development team about best practices in quality and the specificities of the accounting field.
– Continuous improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of development and testing processes to guarantee constant product quality.
– Defect Management: Track and manage the lifecycle of anomalies, ensuring that they are properly documented, evaluated and resolved in future development cycles.
– Post-launch monitoring: Establish post-launch monitoring mechanisms to quickly identify any quality or performance issues after going live.
Profile Wanted 🎯
– 3-4 years of experience in an accounting firm (experience with different sizes of firms and types of clients is a plus as is first experience in quality)
– Tech-Friendly (tools, autonomy)
– English B1 Minimum
– Rigor, methodology in tests and feedback
– Assertiveness

🤝 Recruitment process
– A first interview with Thomas, Technical Recruiter (30 min)
– A second interview with Sopija, responsible for bug management (accounting support), 45 minutes.
– A live case study with 2 people from the team (1 hour)
– A final interview with Khemara, Partner Success Manager (1 hour)
