AxCore is our data sharing platform that replicates data in real-time between financial institutions and verifies that data is accurate and complete. Axoni is seeking a Director, Product Manager on the AxCore team to drive the roadmap and strategy for our core product. This role will report to the SVP of Solutions and will work closely with the other product managers on the AxCore team and the AxCore engineering team, in addition to interfacing directly with customers.

As a Director on the Product Team, you will
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap
Partner with engineering to define product specifications, design features and deliver new functionality to customers
Regularly engage with customers to understand their problems and gather feedback through discussions, presentations, and demos
Manage customer interactions as it relates to onboarding of new users
Develop client-facing marketing materials and be comfortable speaking about technical products to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ensure the team is following Agile best practices in our product development lifecycle
Maintain and develop a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape
Manage other product resources on the team
We are looking for:
7+ years of product management experience with a sophisticated technical product
Strong technical experience ideally working with databases and cloud technologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
5+ years experience working with enterprise customers, ideally in the financial services industry
Strong grasp of best practices in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Customer-focused mindset
