Responsibilities
Managing the technical side of onboarding new customers
Guiding customers on how to use our product
Writing code snippets to solve one-off problems.
Troubleshooting technical issues
Evaluating customer requests for customizations
Collaborating with different departments to bring projects to completion.
Required Qualifications 
Experience with Javascript/HTML/CSS
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills and curiosity
Attention to detail
Bonus points if:
You have experience with PHP
You know your way around Google Analytics
You understand online marketing
You have some experience with the software engineering process.
