Join Us
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager to manage and execute our organic search strategy and help more patients discover our evidence-based treatments for insomnia and anxiety & worry. This is a pivotal role in building sustainable organic visibility and growth.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing team to ensure patients can easily find us when searching for help, information, and treatment options online.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives, with a focus on driving organic growth, patient acquisition, and long-term visibility.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms across insomnia, anxiety, and related mental health needs; map keywords to the customer journey to capture both informational and conversion-focused intent.
Optimise website architecture, landing pages, and content for both users and search engines, ensuring technical SEO best practices are met (site speed, mobile-friendliness, structured data, crawlability).
Partner with the Content Manager to plan and optimise high-quality, patient-centred content that answers search intent, improves rankings, and supports our mission.
Monitor and analyse performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs and other SEO tools to track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase authority and trust.
Continuously adapt strategy and processes based on industry developments and search engine algorithm changes, proactively reallocating resources to maintain and grow visibility.
Own the measurement framework and report on KPIs and insights to stakeholders, providing clear recommendations backed by data.
Educate and support internal teams on SEO best practices.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of proven SEO experience, ideally within healthcare, digital health, or another highly regulated sector
Demonstrable track record of improving organic visibility, rankings, and conversions
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially content and product
Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and translating insights into action

£40,000 – £50,000 a year
The UK base salary range for this full-time position is £40,000 – £50,000. Please note that the compensation details listed in UK role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Additional compensation may include benefits, variable pay, discretionary bonuses, and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all UK locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
