Graphic Designer

Based in the Binance Global Creative Team, the Graphic Designer will produce top-tier design work for one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges.

The role requires creating compelling, high-quality designs that meet all of Binance’s creative objectives. The designer will consistently deliver modern, impactful, and inspiring visual assets that strengthen the brand worldwide.

Reporting to the Global Design Lead, the Graphic Designer will work closely with the creative team and other internal departments. Responsibilities include developing digital graphics, merchandise designs, campaign visuals, motion graphics, and communication materials for channels such as social media, websites, events, digital marketing, out-of-home advertising, and more.

The designer will also mentor junior team members, assist the Global Lead with team-related tasks, and act as the main creative contact for local marketing teams, primarily within the EU region.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design Execution
• Interpret and deliver creative briefs to produce top-tier design work for the MENASA region as well as global brand and product campaigns, including key visuals, event materials, social media content, customer communications, and digital ads.
• Produce daily, weekly, and seasonal campaign assets that follow the brand’s creative direction and maintain a strong, recognizable style.
• Work closely with design leads, senior designers, project managers, and copywriters to plan and deliver integrated campaigns on time.
• Act as the creative lead for EU marketing teams on major regional and international campaigns.
• Support acquisition and retention goals by creating engaging digital assets that increase awareness, traffic, and user interaction.
• Use performance insights from the brand design lead to refine and improve creative output.
• Challenge norms and seek opportunities to innovate and enhance daily creative processes.
• Develop brand and content assets that align with Binance’s design guidelines and objectives.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and relevant trends in branding, social media, and design.

Creative Operations
• Partner with senior designers and design leads to shape and improve creative processes, ensuring efficiency and cohesion across projects.
• Collaborate with the broader creative team and EU/global marketing partners—including social, events, and campaign teams—to ensure a unified and optimized omnichannel approach.

Team and Relationship Management
• Manage daily tasks independently to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and innovative culture within the global creative team.
• Guide and support junior designers and assist with onboarding new team members.
• Work with external suppliers and freelancers to meet project goals.
• Build strong relationships with Binance Global and EU marketing teams and other business units to reinforce the Binance brand vision.
• Continuously question, challenge, and innovate to enhance the team’s creative, digital, and social capabilities.

Key Requirements:
• Design qualifications and experience: A trained graphic, brand, or digital designer with 5+ years of experience in an in-house global team or agency.
• Fast-paced delivery: Proven ability to produce a high volume of high-quality digital assets in a fast-moving online environment (lifestyle, sports, fashion, or crypto experience preferred) and meet tight deadlines.
• End-to-end design abilities: Confident managing the full design process from concept to production while following team best practices.
• Tools: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; 3D software knowledge is an advantage; familiar with tools such as Asana, Google Docs, Word, and Excel.
• Generative AI: Experience using generative AI tools is a plus.
• Brand and customer orientation: Designs with brand and customer needs at the core, with strong creative thinking and visual judgment.
• Collaboration and communication: Strong English communication and presentation skills (additional languages are a plus); strong teamwork, interpersonal abilities, and emotional intelligence; some experience working with external agencies.
• Mindset: Positive, creative, and able to influence stakeholders.
