Job Description:
Location: Fully remote, Central Europe Time Zone

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users of the virtualization infrastructure, including host virtualization, connectivity, performance, and troubleshooting.
Manage and maintain virtualization infrastructure systems, ensuring stability and efficiency.
Perform installations and maintenance of VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hypervisor, and OVM/OLVM.
Monitor daily operations, generate reports, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot issues in complex virtualization environments.
Create and maintain detailed technical and graphical documentation as needed.
Develop and update tools and scripts using PowerShell, Perl, Bash, Python, and Ansible to automate virtualization operations.
Provide on-call support outside business hours on a rotational basis.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Over 5 years of proven experience with market-leading virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V, and OVM/KVM).
Verified experience managing and troubleshooting VMware 6.x/7 infrastructure, including ESXi, vCenter, Horizon View, VSAN, and related technologies.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Hyper-V, SCVMM, and OracleVM/OLVM (KVM).
Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, Routing, LACP, etc.
Proficiency with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Perl, Bash, Python, and Ansible.
Familiarity with storage best practices and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create technical documentation in English (B2 level or higher).
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware VCP, Microsoft Hyper-V, or KVM-related certifications).
Experience working in enterprise-level IT environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
