Senior Full Stack Software Developer

What you’ll do

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Django and Django Rest Framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and deploy new features.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability.
Work on improving application performance and bug fixes.
Build reusable components and scalable architecture.
Participate in cross-team peer code reviews.
Develop logic and implement secure coding solutions to prevent/mitigate coding vulnerabilities.
Produce high quality deliverables to specified deadlines.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development with proficiency in Python and Django.
Experience with .NET and C# is a plus.
Proficient in the Django Rest Framework for building RESTful APIs.
Experience with microservices, distributed systems and integrations
Strong understanding of containerization concepts and experience with Docker.
Proficiency in asynchronous task processing with Celery.
Experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with front end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
Experience with Cypress is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience with localization and multilingual applications.
Action oriented and able to work independently.
Understand how to thrive in a fast paced start up environment.  
Resilient, able to adapt quickly and manage multiple inbound communication channels from internal teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English
