Customer Care Rep and Dispatcher
Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, answering questions, scheduling consultations, and providing information on our services. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting our clients in the CST time zone. Our company is located in San Antonio, Texas, USA
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner.
Assist customers with questions related to roofing services, warranties, quotes, and scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction, roofing, or home services industry.
Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a calm demeanor.
Proficiency in CRM software and experience with customer support tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of scheduling and CRM software
Bilingual abilities are a plus (Spanish preferred).
This position works Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm CST and a bit on the weekends
$5/hr USD for the first 90 days, $7hr there after
