Role: Full Stack Developer ( Nodejs , React)
Years of Experience: 10+ years
Location: Austin, TX (2-3 Days onsite)
As a consultant within the Vertical team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development: Build and maintain server-side applications using Nodejs and related frameworks (Express.js, Nest.js).
Frontend Development: Develop and maintain user interfaces using React (with Redux, Hooks, or Next.js as applicable).
Cloud Deployment: Design, build, and deploy applications on AWS using services like Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, and CloudFormation.
System Design & Architecture: Contribute to designing microservices, APIs, and scalable architectures.
Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).
CI/CD & DevOps: Implement automated pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
Testing & Quality: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; maintain code quality and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features on time.
Monitoring & Optimization: Use tools like CloudWatch, New Relic, or Datadog to monitor, debug, and optimize performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in JavaScript & TypeScript for both backend and frontend.
Strong experience with Nodejs and Reactjs (including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture).
Experience with AWS cloud services for application deployment and scaling.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration (ECS/EKS/Kubernetes).
Experience with version control (Git) and Agile development practices.
Strong understanding of web security, authentication (JWT, OAuth2, Cognito), and performance best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and SEO.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CDK.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture using AWS EventBridge or Kafka.
Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
