Job Overview

As our Senior Video Editor specializing exclusively in AI VEO3 Ads, you’ll transform ad scripts and raw footage into high-impact, AI-generated video ads optimized for performance on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with creative strategists, media buyers, and AI-driven creative tools to craft compelling, scroll-stopping VEO3 ads that consistently deliver high ROAS. Your editing reflects a deep understanding of AI-driven conversion frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Edit exclusively short-form and long-form AI VEO3 direct-response ads (10s–5min) for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
Implement proven AI-driven editing frameworks tailored specifically for VEO3 ad formats.
Source and integrate supporting visuals: AI-generated visuals, B-roll, UGC overlays, stock footage, captions, music, and sound FX
Create native-style subtitles and CTAs with AI-enhanced motion graphics.
Collaborate closely with creative strategists and media buyers on AI-driven messaging and optimization strategies
Produce multiple iterations of top-performing AI VEO3 ads for rigorous creative testing.
Stay updated on AI editing trends and constantly improve your skills and workflows.
Organize and maintain version-controlled project files using Google Drive / https://frame.io.
Required Qualifications

2+ years of video editing experience
Large interest specifically with AI VEO3 ads in performance marketing or social-first content.
Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects/Final Cut, etc.).
Demonstrated expertise in pacing, storytelling, and AI-generated direct-response hooks.
Familiarity with key performance metrics for AI-driven ads (e.g., CTR, Hook Rate, Watch Time, CPA)
Comfortable receiving direct feedback and rapidly iterating based on performance data.
Required: Proven experience editing AI VEO3 ads
Bonus: Familiarity with advanced AI tools for editing, script synchronization, and voiceover generation.
Compensation & Bonuses

$36K/year base salary.
