Position Summary
We’re seeking an Intermediate Finance Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the CEO in financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles and be ready to grow with our dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
Manage month-end closing processes
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Oversee AR/AP processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
Manage relationships with vendors and franchisees
Payroll
Review and approve bi-weekly payroll
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
Franchise Financial Management
Calculate and bill franchise-related fees
Review franchisee financial reports for compliance
Financial Analysis
Provide basic financial analysis to support business decisions
Assist in identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvement
