Graphic Designer

Job Description

This is a remote position.

 

We’re looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our team and help us maintain a vibrant and authentic presence across Facebook, Reddit, and other key platforms thru engaging and eye-catching graphics.

 

Job Highlights:

Contract type: Independent Contractor

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 8am to 7pm Austin, TX time

Responsibilities:

 

Develop mock-ups and design prototypes for a brand/client using Figma or similar platform.

Create custom graphics and illustrations for social media templates.

Develop the company’s brand identity including logo redesigns, color schemes, and brand guidelines.

Create compelling custom-designed presentations and sales materials.

Willingness to understand the target audience, marketing strategy, and tailor designs accordingly.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with overall strategies.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in graphic design.

Design and produce advertising digital and print collateral.

Ensure consistency in designs across all marketing channels.

 

Requirements
Provide a portfolio or sample of previous graphic design work.

Proficiency using Figma for online design mock-ups.

Proficiency and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, LightRoom).

At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Highly Regarded Skills and Experience

Experience in digital photography and website design.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
