Google Ads Specialist
We’re one of Australia’s fastest-growing solar retailers, and we’re on the hunt for a top-tier Google Ads expert—a sharp, strategic operator who doesn’t just run ads… they lead performance.
This is more than a technical role. We’re looking for a senior-level specialist who can own paid search strategy end-to-end—someone who builds scalable campaigns, crafts winning account structures, and knows how to squeeze the most value from every dollar spent.

Key Responsibilities
Own and lead all aspects of Google Ads strategy across Search, PMax, Shopping, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
Align campaign strategy to broader marketing and revenue goals, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
Conduct advanced keyword research and segmentation strategies to target high-value audiences.
Develop high-performing ad copy, responsive assets, and audience targeting frameworks.
Oversee manual bidding, budget pacing, and campaign architecture for scalable, sustainable growth.
Drive constant A/B testing, iteration, and performance tuning across all campaigns.
Deliver high-level reports with data-driven insights, growth recommendations, and performance forecasts.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and algorithm shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
5+ years managing end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across B2C and B2B industries, ideally in high-competition sectors.
Expert-level proficiency in Search, Performance Max (PMax), Shopping, Display, and Remarketing.
Demonstrated success managing manual bidding strategies and optimizing complex campaign structures.
Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and advanced conversion tracking setups.
Strategic thinker who can work both in the weeds and at the 10,000-foot view—from daily optimizations to channel planning.
Proven ability to communicate campaign insights clearly to stakeholders and make bold, data-backed decisions.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, metric-driven environments with multiple moving parts.
Google Ads Certification preferred (or willingness to complete upon hire)
