Senior Marketing Assistant

Job Description
This is a remote position.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8 am – 1 pm and 2 pm to 4:30 pm PST with 30 minutes unpaid break (37.50 hours per week)

Responsibilities, under the supervision of a senior executive:
Understanding company Digital Marketing services ( SEO, Content writing,…) and brand.
Helping with Prospects/Clients/Project management.
Supports team by performing tasks related to task organization and strong communication with client and team. The team is made of an SEO manager, a content writer and a Senior content writer.
Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
Reaching out to customers, partners and vendors using email and phone.
Note: A full training and coaching will be provided.

Daily Tasks:
Attend the daily team meeting to discuss clients projects, tasks done and next steps
Assign tasks to the team after the meeting
Check emails and text messages
Attend daily meeting with the supervisor to plan the day
Attend eventual meetings with clients

Tools:
Asana, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets and Outlook

Requirements
Must Haves & Highly Recommended
Fluency in American English (oral & written) APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT VOICE RECORDINGS
Familiar with the American business culture with at a least a previous experience with an American company
Willing to learn and build a strong career in Marketing.
Extremely organized with attention to detail
Excellent professional manners and work ethics
Familiarity with Digital Marketing services is a very appreciated plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
