Design and execute engaging social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram platforms

Manage and moderate thriving Facebook groups to foster community engagement and lead generation
Develop strategic content that aligns with current social media trends and algorithm updates
Craft promotional materials for special offers and discount campaigns
Create educational content that explains complex marketing concepts in an accessible way
Schedule and coordinate content delivery across multiple social media platforms
Monitor social media metrics and adapt strategies for optimal performance
Generate lead-focused content that drives community growth and engagement
Requirements
Perfect English communication skills with exceptional grammar and writing ability
Proven track record in social media management and community engagement
Advanced proficiency in Canva and graphic design tools
Deep understanding of social media algorithms and current trends
Demonstrated experience managing Facebook groups and Instagram accounts
Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Professional demeanor and proactive approach to task management
Experience in digital marketing and lead generation
Ability to work independently during Australian business hours
Understanding of network marketing and affiliate programs is highly advantageous
