Job Description

As the E-commerce Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of digital retail innovation, steering the company’s online presence and sales strategies. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to blend creativity with data-driven decision-making, managing everything from Shopify store optimization and digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

Spearhead the optimization of our Shopify store, enhancing user experience and driving conversions

Orchestrate promotional strategies for key sales periods, maximizing revenue during events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday

Conduct in-depth data analysis across multiple platforms to inform strategic decisions and propel growth

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and schedule engaging promotional content across various channels

Oversee paid advertising efforts on platforms such as Facebook and Google, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives

Manage e-commerce operations, including implementing discount codes, updating banners, and troubleshooting technical issues

Deliver comprehensive reports on e-commerce performance and propose data-driven strategies for continuous improvement

 

Requirements

3+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.

Proven track record in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion or beauty industry

Expert-level proficiency with Shopify platform and its advanced features

Basic understanding or familiarity with digital marketing such as SEO and Google ads is an advantage

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail

Outstanding communication skills and a talent for cross-functional collaboration

Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Passion for staying ahead of e-commerce trends and implementing innovative strategies
