Technical Writer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team and enhance our knowledge base. The ideal candidate will specialize in rewriting and organizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Processes, and How-To guides to ensure clarity, accessibility, and user-friendliness. This role requires a meticulous approach to documentation, a deep understanding of technical and process documentation, and the ability to communicate complex information in a simple, understandable manner.

Job Responsibilities
Rewrite and standardize SOPs, Processes, and How-To documents to improve readability and comprehension.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information on processes and procedures.
Ensure all documentation meets company standards and adheres to best practices in technical writing.
Manage the documentation lifecycle, including review, revision, and update of existing materials.
Utilize documentation tools and software to create a structured and searchable knowledge base.
Assist in the development and implementation of documentation style guides and templates.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, with a portfolio of relevant work.
Strong knowledge of technical writing principles, practices, and tools.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with SMEs and team members.
Familiarity with the industry sector relevant to the company’s focus is a plus.
