You will be working across all areas of our company helping to solve all kinds of problems, be it technical, business or product related.

You will help management understand KPIs and product workflows to make better business decisions.

You will help organize, manage and govern data to help others teams access and faster, cheaper and more reliably.

What you will be doing:

Design dashboards that empower every team at CloudWalk with data on key metrics, product usage, user journeys, and business health;

Lead deep dives into specific product, finding improvement points and communicating them to our teams;

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, growth, and engineering teams to surface insights and build smarter products;

Develop smart AI assistants and bots that deliver daily updates on product metrics — automating the boring and amplifying the valuable;

Uncover opportunities through experimentation, enrichment, and modeling to help CloudWalk grow better and faster;

Be a data partner and strategic thinker: connect product signals to business levers and work on what truly matters.

What you need to succeed:

A passion for analytics and storytelling with data — turning complexity into clarity;

Good knowledge of SQL (BigQuery and Postgres), BI tools (Looker Studio, Metabase), and data modeling (dbt);

An AI-native mindset — you know how to use LLMs and automation tools to move faster, build smarter, and ship more value.

It is desirable:

Understanding of the fintech ecosystem: acquiring, payments, PIX, credit, and lending, but not mandatory;

A collaborative spirit, and joy in helping others see, understand, and act on data;

Advanced English to thrive in a global, distributed environment.

Python (or even better, Python and Ruby) skills to automate analyses, generate insights, and build data products that scale.
