As a Product Manager, you’ll be playing a key role in the product lifecycle, managing requests through from inception to release for a defined area of the Meddbase product. Working closely with requestors including internal teams as well as clients, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog and delivering clear and actionable work items to the Engineering team.

You’ll also have critical responsibility for communicating Product Vision for your area to interested parties, both within and outside of the organisation.

Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to influence product strategy by working with internal and external stakeholders to analyse needs and convert those into recommendations at a variety of levels within our company.

Travel, both within the UK and abroad will be possible and encouraged when working with new and existing customers alike.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand product vision and business needs to define product requirements.

Work with the rest of the Product Organisation in planning and execution of new product releases.

Work with Operational teams, Growth and Engineering to effectively route requests and ensure requests are escalated to the correct level.

Create and iterate on wireframes and mockups which effectively demonstrate the requirements and their suggested solutions. Work with stakeholders and Software Engineers to reach agreement on final UI mockups.

Work closely with the Engineering team to manage new product requirements through requirements gathering, design, development and release.

Create documentation which effectively communicates the purpose and functionality of new product features, in collaboration both with Engineering and Operational teams.

Develop both broad and deep knowledge about current and future product features.

Analyse market segments and customer base to develop market solutions.

Define product requirements that address market opportunities

Act as a point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for the Product, for instance in answering internal teams’ questions about the Product, supporting RFP’s, and delivering demonstrations of the Product and it’s features as required

Person Specification:

Passion for your work in general and Product Management in particular

Excellent communication skills

Curiousity

Deep analytical skills

Project and resource management skills

Ability to work collaboratively and on your own

Ability to influence and negotiate

Experience Required:

2+ years in a similar role

Relevant qualifications in agile delivery/product management

Experience working in the Health Tech sector is desirable

Key Skills and Technology:

Experience working with SaaS products

Comfortable working with Figma for creating wireframes and mockups

Comfortable with digital planning applications
