Customer Support
We’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team in Reykjavik (Iceland). If you’re fluent in Icelandic language and have a good command of English, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality customer support via chat, voice, or email (ticketing)
Handle inquiries related to product issues, logistics, and general concerns
Respond to customer queries promptly to enhance service efficiency and user experience
Log customer feedback professionally and relay relevant insights to the internal team
Maintain a patient, professional, and friendly tone to reduce complaints and boost satisfaction
Identify and escalate high-risk or sensitive cases quickly and accurately
Position Details:
Location: Remote (Iceland)
Work Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts (continuous schedule – not part-time)
Experience in customer service roles, but not required
