Financial Analyst
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role will help level up our business reporting, play a major role in financial planning and analysis, and support key decision makers at the company. For this newly created role, we’re looking for a self-starter to create new reporting and forecasting solutions for the Finance team and our business partners across the organization.

Job Responsibilities
Support monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting, annual financial planning, and long-range planning
Build and maintain custom reports/dashboards by department, identify budget variances, and suggest appropriate actions as needed
Help prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings and reporting for company leadership
Partner with Accounting team to support month-end close
Streamline manual financial reporting processes, and create new dashboards that provide greater insights on business trends
Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision making across the organization
Identify and execute on opportunities for reporting enhancements and process improvements
Job Requirements
4+ years of experience
Experience building and maintaining complex financial models, and producing management-level reporting
Strong working knowledge of financial planning tools (Adaptive, Mosaic, Anaplan, etc.), and experience with data analytics and visualization platforms (Sigma, Looker, etc.)
Advanced skills with Google and Microsoft Suite (Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.)
About you
Analytical mindset with a penchant for problem solving and working with large amounts of data
Bias for action, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
Enterprise SaaS experience, and experience working in fast-paced, scaling organizations are a plus
Investment banking, consulting experience, or corporate FP&A experience preferred
