If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media and customer support, we would like to meet you.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop community engagement putting our customer first. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

As our Community Engagement Associate you will…
Provide customer support through our many social media assets
Respond to social comments and customer queries and Direct Messages in a timely manner
“Fill in” for the customer support team when volume is high or time off is needed
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand voice consistency
Liaise with product and supply chain stay updated on new products and features and inventory availability
 

To be successful you should have:

Must be able to work weekends
Proven work experience as a community manager
Proven experience as a customer service representative
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Hands on experience with social media engagement 
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
