Sales Account Executive
We are excited to announce the launch of our latest product version, generating a significant influx of inbound leads eager for guidance through the sales journey. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering engaging product demos to prospects across various markets and nurturing strong relationships with potential customers. We are looking for a personable and passionate sales professional who excels in selling software to businesses and has a proven ability to close deals efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Become an expert on the Diobox platform
Take a deep dive into the events space (and competitor analysis) to understand how our product solves the problem of managing events
Discover customer needs and communicate how Diobox can solve their problems
Conduct frequent product demos to global prospects in a variety of industries
Promptly respond to user inquiries
Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue generation
Document key details in our CRM system to provide metrics on leads and forecasting the sales pipeline
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development
2+ years of experience in SaaS sales
Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
Customer facing experience
Fluent English speaker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Tech Savvy – love software, tech and excited to learn about new software
Super motivated, can-do attitude, problem solver and excited by a fast paced environment
University degree or 4 years of professional experience
