What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for an experienced hands-on Senior UX Designer to join the Product team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution and the strategy of our main products, you’ll have a special focus on the transactional products and top merchant’s conversion rates, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to articulate business needs and user needs into thorough user experiences.
What will I be doing?
Lead the UX design process throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that the solutions support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Communicate with different stakeholders to gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
Collaborate with global teams across engineering and product management to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
Create user journey maps, and other UX artifacts to inform the design process.
Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative user research, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and assist in the implementation of UI elements.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Evaluate and measure the business impact of design and product solutions.
What skills do I need?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience).
+5 years of experience working in digital products as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and product lifecycle.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable and scalable insights.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with product management tasks.
Nice to have:
Experience leading teams and defining product strategies.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Knowledge and understanding of the payments industry and emerging markets context.
Proficiency in utilizing metric tools, analyzing performance, and optimizing conversion funnels.
