About the Role
We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Operations Engineer (MLOps) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the operations and management of our machine learning models, including YOLO-based object detection and various Vision-Language Models (VLMs) such as Qwen and Gemini. You will play a critical role in fine-tuning models, cleaning and annotating data, and testing new models to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and operationalize machine learning models, including YOLO-based object detection and Vision-Language Models (VLMs).
Fine-tune models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Clean, annotate, and preprocess data for model training and evaluation.
Test and validate new models to ensure they meet performance benchmarks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production environments.
Monitor and maintain model performance in real-world applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in MLops, computer vision, and AI technologies.
About You
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top university.
Experience: Proven experience in MLops, including managing and deploying machine learning models.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Hands-on experience with object detection models (e.g., YOLO) and Vision-Language Models (e.g., Qwen, Gemini).
Familiarity with data cleaning, annotation, and preprocessing techniques.
Experience with model fine-tuning and performance optimization.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
