Job Responsibilities
Managing a high-volume email inbox
Handling all aspects of business travel booking and logistics
Executing time-sensitive administrative tasks and personal errands
Overseeing the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding
Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures
Maintaining financial documents and records
Following up with team members to tasks get completed
Job Requirements
Proficient English speaker (comfortable talking, writing, reading)
2+ Years of experience working remotely as an Executive Assistant for a business owner or CEO who lives in the USA.
Strong at using Slack, iMessage, Gmail, & Google Calendar
Available to work US PST business hours (9am – 6pm PST, Monday – Saturday)
Who This Role is Not For
If you can’t consistently work during US PST hours (Monday – Saturday, 9am – 6pm PST)
If you require constant supervision or micromanagement
If you’re looking for a low-effort, minimal involvement position
