Bookkeeper

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the owner of a fast-growing company with 20+ team members. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and has a natural ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy—with light bookkeeping experience—this role could be a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the executive’s email inbox, including flagging important messages, drafting responses, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g., organizing receipts, tracking expenses, light data entry).
Maintain and manage calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings and setting reminders.
Make calls and set appointments as needed, both for business and occasional personal matters.
Handle incoming calls (business-related), including screening and forwarding as appropriate.
Serve as a gatekeeper and point of communication between the executive and team members or external contacts.
Proactively help the executive stay on track with priorities and deadlines—acting as an accountability partner.
Perform general administrative tasks to keep the business operations flowing smoothly.
Requirements
Previous experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar support role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Great English language skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to manage email systems, calendar tools, and basic bookkeeping software.
Experience with bookkeeping is preferred, though not required—must be comfortable with light financial tasks.
Professional, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Self-starter who thrives working independently and managing up.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting a founder or executive in a fast-paced, growing company.
Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, G Suite, and CRM platforms.
Confidence making business calls and speaking on behalf of the executive.
Benefits
Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary : $1000-$1400/month
