Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager s a leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, strategy, and success of one or more products or product lines within the organization. This role involves managing a team of product managers, guiding product strategy, and ensuring that products meet market needs and company objectives.

Major Responsibilities:

Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.

Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.

Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Develop and communicate a cohesive product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and market trends.

Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.

Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.

Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).

Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.

Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.

Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science)

5+ years experience with data and product analytics tools

Proven Product Manager or similar experience

Familiar with Agile framework, Scrum, and product lifecycle management

Background in software development and/or program management preferred

Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
