Project manager
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Implementation Management Coordinator to support our client delivery team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow in project coordination and customer success. You’ll help ensure smooth product implementations from purchase through delivery by coordinating tasks, maintaining communication, and supporting key milestones. This position works closely with Implementation Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences, while developing the skills necessary to transition into future project management or client-facing roles.
Major Responsibilities:
Support implementation projects by coordinating key tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule
Act as a secondary point of contact for customers, providing responsive, professional communication throughout the implementation process
Maintain accurate project details, documentation, and updates in tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or Smartsheet.
Assist with scheduling meetings, capturing notes and action items, and following up with teams to ensure completion.
Identify potential delays or blockers early and escalate them to Implementation Managers as needed.
Contribute to internal process improvements that enhance the smoothness and speed of implementations.
Collaborate with technical and customer support teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
0–2 years of experience in customer support, onboarding, project coordination, or related fields
Comfortable working with technology and learning new software tools (e.g., CRM or project management systems)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first attitude
Problem-solver who can stay composed under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
