EsquireX is organizing the legal industry’s gig workforce. Our platform is designed to connect attorneys, and soon to be attorneys, looking for work with law practices that need help on a project basis. It’s like Upwork, for law firms.
**What We Offer:**
This is a full-time or part-time contractor role
You can work from any country, as long as you have availability for meetings during US hours

**Responsibilities:**
Drive user acquisition & user engagement growth by identifying and targeting new clients within the legal industry
Sell, sell, sell, you get the idea
Innovate new ideas and proactively request needed resources
Create content, messaging, marketing etc. for promotional purposes
Provide weekly progress report on goal progression; understand, calibrate, and drive metrics
Develop and maintain partnerships with law firms, individual lawyers, and legal professionals
Project manage a small number of vendors, i.e. email marketer and paid media
Provide exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction post sale
**Requirements:**
Critical thinker and effective troubleshooter
Self-motivated hustler with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
Independent creativity to market and sell
Detail oriented, organized, and crisp, after all you are selling to attorneys
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the legal or technology industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
