THE ROLE:
Evisort is seeking a Senior Product Designer to promote a strong design practice, influence strategy for product offerings, and make a strong impact on product execution and quality.
The ideal candidate should have both a keen eye for detail and an ability to think big, innovate and impact the business effortlessly. Prior experience building high information density software and a strong track record and a body of work that demonstrates clear wins to user and business impact, as well as the particulars in overall experience, visual polish, animations, and complex interactions. We’re seeking someone comfortable working closely with passionate designers, product managers, engineers, marketers, and executives that care deeply about creating beautiful, high-impact products.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the visual design process and actively contribute to evolving our process, tools – to ensure we’re creating great, consistent work.
Partner with product and engineering to engage in prioritization and influence product direction
Push the boundaries of your team’s UX/UI/visual execution and explore new ideas. Explore divergent concepts and create trajectory for the company
Understand how to solve a range of tactical & contained issues to much more complex, loosely defined product challenges
Instill a culture of design in a company that already takes user experience as its key differentiator
Skills/Qualifications:
5 to 10 years of experience designing tools, workflows, analytics, or other technically complex products
Have experience with planning long-term strategy and design team for scale
A strong portfolio of relevant design work
Experience with highly complex product architectures
Strong communication skills and ability to explain the reasoning behind complex decisions
Experience working with product management and engineering in a fast-moving environment
Relentless focus on the customer
