About the Role
As a Sales Associate you have an opportunity to join a growing team building Web 3 at the forefront of crypto and blockchain. Sales Associates identify and engage with prospective customers across the blockchain ecosystem who will benefit from Figment’s unique capabilities, and work with other team members across the business to close and onboard these customers. This is a rocket ship and you are part of the crew keeping it flying at warp speed!
Responsibilities
Sales Development
Market and Account research
Craft compelling outbound cadences with high value content tailored to the needs of the segment
Execute outbound activity via email, messaging, and phone calls with the objective to book in-person meetings with Account Executive
Follow up and qualify inbound leads into the sales funnel
Collaborate with cross functional internal teams and share trends and feedback from North America’s unique customers, prospects, and partners
Assist with competitor analysis to better understand the differences in products and services being offered by various staking providers in the assigned region
Pipeline Hygiene
Collaborate with Account Executives and the Head of North America to support the sales process and selling Figment’s staking services across all networks
Create and nurture new leads and opportunities on behalf of the Account Executive
Assist Account Executive in pipeline development, forecasting revenue, and measuring targets
Assist Account Executive in record keeping, especially in Salesforce CRM
Customer Journey Support
Engage and communicate effectively with prospects, customers, and partners during their journey with Figment
Assist in responding to inbound customer requests. Track and help resolve customer pain points
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience in a Business Development role
Past success of working with monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Proven track record of inbound/outbound lead generation and filling the sales funnel with qualified leads.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Google Suite, and sales engagement software such as Apollo.io, Outreach, Salesloft, etc. strongly preferred
Knowledge of and passion for the crypto & blockchain space.
Results oriented individual with a high EQ and love working with a growing team.
