About the Role
Figure is seeking an experienced Sr. B2B Marketing Manager to help us grow our Partner HELOC business. You’ll partner cross-functionally with our channel marketing team, revops, and sales to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Campaign Execution and Optimization
Spearhead the strategy and execution of sophisticated marketing campaigns to reach defined B2B and B2B2C audiences and hit aggressive SQO targets
Tactics such as email marketing, webinars, digital marketing, social media marketing, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and event promotion and follow-up campaigns
Identify and leverage optimal channels to reach key market segments
Collaborate with sales and content teams to develop targeted, relevant messaging
Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-backed optimizations
Sales Enablement and Collateral Management
Partner closely with the sales team to develop and maintain marketing collateral, including for new products and upsell motions
Ensure all messaging is consistent, compliant with industry regulations, technically accurate, and compelling!
Adapt marketing materials to address specific customer segments and use cases
Deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads to the enterprise sales team
Implement lead scoring and nurturing workflows in Hubspot
What We Look For
6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing
3+ years of experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially with standing up campaigns, processes, and attribution from scratch
Financial technology, software, and B2B experience preferred; Mortgage Industry experience a plus!
Proven experience in implementing and managing ABM strategies
Problem solver, willing to get their hands dirty
Understanding of marketing compliance requirements
Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for various audiences
Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically
Excellent attention to detail, follow through, and adequate sense of urgency
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately
Salary
Compensation Range: $118,800 – $148,500
25% Bonus Target
