💎 The Opportunity: We’re seeking a proactive Project Manager who believes there’s no such thing as over-communication. As our agency grows, we need someone who can manage both retainer and project-based work while maintaining strong momentum across all initiatives. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to ensure seamless delivery of creative projects. We are a growing marketing agency evolving our delivery model, focused on creating impactful solutions.

 

Salary: $1,000 – $1,500 per month

Location: Remote

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Experience: At least 3 years experience as a Project Manager for Marketing Agencies

You’ll maintain constant information flow to teams and stakeholders, ensure clear handoffs between teams, and keep projects moving with consistent milestone tracking, all while supporting our growing project portfolio.

You set up clear project management systems

You make sure design handoffs to development go smoothly

You create easy-to-follow documentation guidelines

You find ways to make processes work better

You’re a Team Coordinator:

 

You handle both ongoing and project-based work

You make sure resources are used effectively

You help teams work together seamlessly

You maintain quality across all projects

 

You’re Tech-Savvy & Organized:

 

You know how to use common project management tools

You learn new systems quickly

You use tools to keep work organized

You maintain clear digital documentation

You’re an Independent Self-Starter:

 

You take full ownership of your work and proactively solve problems without being asked
