Primary Responsibilities
Engage with Clients Remotely: Conduct virtual meetings with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.
Guide Clients Through Enrollment: Provide expert advice and assist with the enrollment process.
Address Inquiries: Respond to questions and concerns, offering clarity and support.
Collaborate with Team Members: Ensure a smooth, seamless enrollment process through teamwork.
Maintain Detailed Records: Keep accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and enrollment activities.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities for client interaction.
Attention to Detail: Organizational skills to manage records and paperwork accurately.
Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivation and time management skills are essential.
Prior Experience in Sales or Customer Service: Preferred but not required.
Proficiency with Technology: Familiarity with computer systems, software, and virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Drive).
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
Reliable Home Setup: Must have a Windows Laptop/PC, stable internet access, and a functioning camera.
