Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Washington State
Location: Yakima, Washington
Job Types: Full-time
Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 – $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensed in Washington to join our dynamic and supportive virtual team. As a remote therapist, you will deliver confidential, evidence-based therapy to clients navigating a wide range of emotional and relational issues.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform
Develop tailored treatment plans based on clinical assessments
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Participate in virtual team meetings and peer consultations
Adhere to ethical and state licensing standards
Requirements
Active LMFT license in the state of Washington (required)
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure
Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth platforms
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
