We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and help build scalable, client-facing applications. The ideal candidate is a life-long learner who knows Python, with strong analytical skills and an interest in the insurance industry.  

 

How you will make an impact:

 

Build and maintain client-facing web applications using React for the front end and Flask for the back end.

Collaborate with the product team to design, develop, and deploy new features and functionality for our web apps and SaaS products.

Develop and maintain APIs that integrate seamlessly with front-end interfaces and support client needs.

Work closely with our data science and data engineering teams to build robust data pipelines and workflows.

Develop intuitive dashboards and business intelligence tools that help our clients make data-driven decisions.

 Skills needed to succeed:

 

3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with deep expertise in React (component-based architecture, state management, hooks) and Python (Flask, API development).

Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end technologies like Vite.

Proficiency with relational databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

A high degree of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
