We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Operations Assistant to join our team.
The Position
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant to provide day-to-day support to the Marketing team on various marketing initiatives. If you’re looking to gain experience in a technology start-up environment, working with a small team of marketing experts, this could be a great opportunity for you. While the responsibilities will vary as team needs change, the main areas of focus will be:
Marketing Operations: Manage email marketing operations including setup and scheduling; oversee marketing automations in Pardot including Page Actions and Prospect Scoring; and Campaigns setup in Salesforce. Manage weekly and monthly marketing campaigns reporting. Assist with data projects to improve data quality. Document marketing operations processes in Notion.
Social Marketing: Responsible for writing and posting all of HappyCo’s social marketing on our social platforms. Use tools like Social Pilot and UTM builder to publish and track posts. Manage monthly social marketing reporting.
Event Logistics: Coordinate travel and accommodations for attendees and staff for events.
Merchandising: Manage oversight of our promotional online store, handling restocking and shipping.

Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to your work

Excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
