Your Responsibilities:
1. Financial Operations & Reporting
– Coordinate monthly accounting closing with external accountants.
– Review and reconcile P&L and balance sheet items (revenues, fleet expenses, commissions, etc.).
– Ensure all supporting documents are correctly archived and classified.
– Prepare monthly financial reports.
2. Cash Management
– Build and maintain monthly cash reports.
– Monitor payments, bank balances, and transfers.
– Prepare cash forecasts and anticipate funding needs.
3. Revenue & Expense Follow-up
– Reconcile ride data and revenues with accounting.
– Review supplier invoices and ensure proper approval and analytical allocation.
– Track operational expenses vs. budget and highlight variances.
4. Process Improvement
– Help improve finance workflows (invoicing, payments, expense validation).
– Contribute to automation and data accuracy between Fleetch, Heetch, and accounting systems.
5. Compliance & Audit
– Support annual audits (statutory and internal).
– Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and legal requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
– At least 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or management control.
– Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
– Good understanding of accounting principles
– Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
– Comfortable working in English and Portuguese
– Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
– Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, international environment.
