Who we’re looking for:
As we enter an exciting phase of expansion, we are looking to add experienced Enterprise Account Executives. We need someone with a proven track record of managing complex, long sales cycles and building relationships with high-value, strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating large organizations, aligning value to business challenges, and driving adoption of innovative solutions at scale. We’re seeking a results-oriented professional who is not only skilled at closing large deals but is also kind, consultative, and collaborative in nature, with a focus on delivering value to our customers.
In this role, you will:
Lead the charge in expanding HiHello’s presence within enterprise-level accounts, targeting large, strategic clients
Build and manage a robust pipeline, overseeing the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to close
Work closely with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Conduct in-depth discovery calls, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with potential enterprise customers
Negotiate and close large, high-value deals with complex purchasing processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in your approach
A few things about you:
You’re comfortable challenging the status quoYou’re an early adopter – you love discovering new ways of doing things and sharing them with others
You bring at least 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or a similar role, with a focus on large, strategic accounts
You have a strong background in managing long sales cycles and closing six-figure-plus deals
You are highly skilled at presenting complex solutions to senior-level decision-makers, including C-suite executives
SaaS experience is strongly preferred, with experience selling to enterprise clients being highly valuable
You have exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and can translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
You thrive in a consultative sales environment, focusing on understanding client needs and crafting custom solutions
You are comfortable with CRM systems and sales tools, and have experience leveraging them to drive results (HubSpot experience is a plus)
You are a self-motivated, driven individual who excels in a remote, fast-paced environment
You are a team player who can collaborate effectively with various departments, ensuring successful deal closure and customer onboarding
You have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
