The Role
Reporting directly to the VP, Global Field & Partner Marketing, you will be the primary driver of demand creation and capture for Ataccama in the North American market. You will be responsible for the localized execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns—spanning digital, webinars, ABM, field events, and more—tailored to our ideal customer profile segments.
Your Challenge
Regional Strategy Execution: Translate the global demand generation framework into a high-impact North American-focused regional plan, ensuring that events, webinars, and account-based experiences function as localized growth engines.
Vertical ABX Orchestration: Lead the field marketing efforts for North America by developing executive events and industry-specific programs focused on financial services, insurance, and other prioritized ICP account segments.
Partner GTM Support: Execute “to/through/with” partner marketing activities in alignment with our global partner marketing framework and partner marketing team, focusing on Snowflake co-marketing in NA as well as SI and tech partner marketing strategies.
Sales & BDR Synergy: Partner closely with Sales Development and Field Sales to optimize the local lead management process, conversion, and attribution models established by GTM leadership.
Data-Driven Feedback Loop: Work with RevOps to report on NA specific funnel metrics and performance dashboards, providing leadership with the data-driven rigor needed to optimize strategies and results.
Is This You?
Proven Execution: 5+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation/Field Marketing, with a deep understanding of how to execute complex, multi-channel campaigns promoting enterprise technology to complex technical and business buying committees.
Collaboration: Strong ability to lead through influence in a global matrix environment, ensuring NA programs align with global brand and messaging standards.
Tech Stack Proficiency: Comfort using the tools prioritized by the VP and RevOps, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6sense.
Creative and Data Driven: Demonstrated ability to develop creative, break-through-the-noise campaigns that compel a target audience to act, coupled with the ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance based on leading and lagging indicators.
AI Curiosity: A passion for forging new strategies and ways of working and reaching our audiences with AI.
What Success Looks Like
North American Pipeline: Direct contribution to/influence on pipeline and new logo acquisition targets, focused on ICP accounts.
Conversion Optimization: Improved performance across all NA demand channels.

The OTE salary range for this full-time role is $150,000-200,000.00 USD. Your exact offer depends on the scope of the role, your experience, and the skills you bring. Base salary is just one part of your compensation & wellbeing package- you will also be eligible for an annual performance bonus, flexible time off, health benefits, an equity grant, and many other perks.
