As an account executive, you will respond and reach out to inbound leads, trial users, and past customers and help them understand how to use the product to accomplish their goals.

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in SaaS selling to small and mid-size B2B companies (not Enterprise) using a free trial model.
Ability to become an expert in the product quickly.
Track record of high achievement in current and previous roles.
Experience with product-led growth strategies and self-serve software products.
Strong and demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills.
Work remotely in US.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Respond and reach out to inbound leads, trial users, and past customers and help them understand how to use the product to accomplish their goals.
Write personalized and engaging messages focused on providing value and assistance (not automated)
Follow up with prospects in a timely manner and thoughtful approach.
Demo how the product can help users accomplish their goals and provide the most ROI.
Build relationships and provide a superior prospect experience to our inbound leads, trial users, and past customers.
Train users using Zoom video meetings, Loom video recordings, live webinars.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$60K – $100K
0.05% – 0.1% Equity
Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
