seeking a curious, analytical, and AI-focused Business Analyst to join our team. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities where automation and advanced tools can simplify processes, surface new insights, and enable people to accomplish more. What you’ll do:
• Work with Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to design and execute AI‑driven initiatives that improve performance and accelerate growth across regions
• Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, highlighting where automation and intelligent systems can optimize pricing, boost sales efficiency, and support market expansion
• Perform in‑depth analyses of business performance and workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend AI‑based solutions that enable scalability
• Build analytical models and dashboards using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools to track KPIs, measure automation outcomes, and support data‑led decisions
• Develop strategic recommendations and present them to senior leadership, shaping how technology and AI guide Job&Talent’s growth
• Work closely with company founders and local teams on high‑impact projects, helping implement and expand AI‑powered processes across different countries
Who we’re looking for:
• A highly motivated, curious, and tech‑savvy individual with a strong interest in AI, eager to learn, experiment, and grow
• 0–3 years of experience in a related field
• Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or another quantitative area
• Comfortable using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
• A clear communicator with full professional English fluency (C1 or higher)
• Experience in consulting, analytics, or operations is helpful but not required
