About the position:
Kahnem is partnering with a growing organization in the hospitality sector (hotels and vacation rentals) that is looking for a forward-thinking senior HR analyst to help shape people strategies to drive the right business outcomes.
In this role you will be the subject-matter expert in HR data, and be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, and presenting actionable insights to leadership. This is a unique opportunity to be both hands-on with HR data and to take a strategic role in building a data-driven culture within a small, dynamic company.
In this role, you will:
Analyze data from HR systems to uncover trends and insights that inform business decisions around payroll, capacity planning and high-volume recruiting.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to clearly present findings to leadership and other stakeholders.
Maintain the accuracy and consistency of HR data by performing regular audits and cleaning activities. Establish and document processes to ensure ongoing data quality.
Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to integrate data from multiple systems and develop comprehensive insights.
Job requirements:
Previous experience HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field. Familiarity with HR systems and workforce analytics is preferred.
Strong analytical skills, including experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Advanced knowledge of Excel; SQL, Python or substantial statistical coursework is a plus.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business recommendations. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is preferred.

The compensation for this position is listed above. The posted range represents the typical compensation range for this role. To determine actual compensation, Kahnem’s client will review the market rate of each candidate which can include a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and location.
