Corporate Finance Associate – Remote

We are looking to build our team with a Corporate Finance Associate, reporting into our SVP Finance. As a key member of a collaborative team, you’ll report to the SVP Finance and participate in financial planning, analysis, corporate development initiatives, investor relations, and strategic decisions that impact our business lines. 🎯 You Will:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across all business units.

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, providing clear and concise variance explanations.

Help identify trends and insights in KPIs, highlighting opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.

Partner with operational leaders to provide financial guidance, decision support, and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business development activities.

Support due diligence efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining data rooms, and tracking transaction timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data gathering, enhance reporting, and maintain data integrity.

Contribute to the development of scalable, efficient financial processes and controls.

🌟 You Have:

B. S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a dynamic environment (e.g., startup, investment banking, consulting).

Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).

Familiarity with financial planning software and accounting systems preferred.

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to succinctly communicate insights to a leadership audience.

Healthcare industry experience is preferred, but not required.

$110,000 – $120,000 a year
